Passport renewal and collection

1. Booking of appointment

   If you are unable to come to your appointment, please make sure you reschedule.
2. Passport application form
   You can download the passport application form here
   Please print out and complete an application form for each passport application.
3. What to bring?
   Please click here to check which documents you need to bring to your appointment. Kindly note both parents should be present for passport renewal and extension of passport for children below 18 years. Kindly bring a photo of children under the age of 2.  
4. Payment
   Kindly note The Consulate General only accepts card payment. More information about fees here 
5. Processing time
   Renewals of passport take approximately 3-4 weeks.
6. Collection of passport
   You will receive an e-mail from the Consulate General when your new passport has arrived. Once you have received an email confirming the arrival of the passport, collection can be done without an appointment every Monday between 10-11 and Wednesday between 14-15. Walk-in times are for passport collection only and no other services can be done at these times.
   Kindly remember to bring your old passport for cancellation.
